Travel Workout Series: Band Workout

Hey Team!

We think the gym is awesome, but we also think that training outside and traveling to visit loved ones or explore lands unknown is pretty cool too 😉 To help you sneak in some training while enjoying your time outside of the gym, we’ve created a series of Travel Workouts.

This workout targets your lower body, especially the Glutes (booty), takes less than 20 minutes and requires just one resistance band. Throw the band in your luggage or purse and you’re good to go!
