HOW EXACTLY DOES 30 DAY JUMP-START WORK? WHEN DO I START?


Once you purchase the program, you'll get an email from your assigned coach to schedule your Assessment and Goal Planning Session. From their you and your coach will schedule 3 additional weekly training sessions. These sessions are a chance for you to practice new movements, develop a training & nutrition program and ask any questions you've had about that week's classes.

IS THERE ANY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE?


You don't need to do anything before joining the program, and your coach will help develop a clear week-by-week outline of your training plan designed for your specific goals. You may focus more on the nutrition aspect if desired—just be sure to let your coach know how much time you have to commit and some details about your lifestyle, so that you can get the most out of your program.

HOW MUCH DOES THE 30 DAY JUMP-START COST?


You pay $99 for the entire program, designed to be completed over a 1-month period. This price includes a weekly training session with an experienced coach for 4 weeks. It also gets you unlimited access to our Small Group Training Classes (30+ class times per week).
 

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?


If you're not satisfied by the program after 30 days, you can request a full refund. We will ask to discuss your routine and nutrition habits to be sure that you've been following along with the program. Reaching your goal is a two-way street, after all!
