I've been with Ambition for a year now. I enjoy it more each time I go. This is the longest I've stuck with any gym or fitness routine. The trainers are really knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and doing the exercises safely. There is no pushing to do more than you are comfortable with, just encouragement to always do your best and keep getting better every day. I'm so glad I found my "gym family!"
