STEP 1: Schedule an Intro Session
Each new member starts with a 1-on-1 session with one of our coaches. During this time, you will move through our foundational movement pattens, learn about our training style and philosophy, and discuss your goals and preferences.
We love what we do and want to share it with everyone, so you will get a high quality coaching session and NOT a high pressure sales pitch. You’ll know if it’s a great fit and at that point we’d love to have you as a member!

STEP 2: Join Classes or Training
After your intro session you will be ready to sign up for a class or training membership! Your safety is our priority, so after your intro session your coach will recommend which training option is the best fit…
Small Group Classes – Up to 10 members, fun group dynamic, supportive community
Semi Private Training – Up to 3 Members, Each with individual programming, accountability & support of group
Private Training – 1 member, unique programming designed to start where you’re at and accelerate your progress
